Yes. Multi-site, multi-coach, multi-programme operations are the bread and butter of Abler. Coaches see only what’s theirs, operations sees the whole picture, and parents see what’s relevant to their family.
How does Abler handle camps, after-school and term-time programmes differently?
Camps, after-school sessions and term-time programmes are all configurable programme types. Each can have its own price model (per-day, per-term, per-session), capacity rules, age limits and venue bookings. Parents see them in one storefront.
What payment methods can families use?
Direct Debit (BACS), card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and instalment plans. Sibling discounts across programmes, hardship places and bursaries are all built in.
Can parents pick multiple programmes for one family in one go?
Yes. Families browse the storefront, add a football camp for one child, gymnastics for another, after-school for both, and pay once. Sibling discounts apply automatically.
How long does it take to migrate from our current tools?
Most providers are live within two to four weeks. Our team migrates from Class4Kids, MindBody, MyKidActive, Eventbrite-and-Stripe combinations, or custom-built systems. We handle the data import; you don’t need a technical lead.
What happens to our data if we leave?
Your data is yours. Export at any time. No lock-in, no fees to leave.
Is Abler safe for youth members and GDPR-compliant?
Yes. Parent and child accounts are linked, personal contact details are kept private, and there are full audit trails for safeguarding-aware operations.
