Can we manage multiple venues in Abler?
Yes. Add unlimited venues, each with multiple pitches, courts, or facilities. The system shows availability across all your venues in one unified calendar. Perfect for organisations using multiple sites or managing both indoor and outdoor facilities.
How does the system prevent double-bookings?
When someone books a resource, it’s instantly blocked for everyone else in real time. The system checks availability before confirming any booking, making double-bookings impossible. You can also set buffer times between sessions to ensure teams have time for setup and cleanup.
What happens when we need to change a venue?
Update the venue with one click, and everyone affected gets instant notifications via push alert, email, and in-app message. The new location appears immediately on all schedules and calendars. Members can tap once to open directions to the new venue.
Can we set up recurring bookings for regular training?
Absolutely. Book the same venue for weekly training sessions with one action. Recurring bookings automatically reserve your resource for the entire season. If you need to make changes, you can update all future occurrences at once or modify individual sessions.
